"This was unfortunate, we were unhappy. It may be nicer during the “season” but we were so disappointed we checked out shortly after arrival and booked a new hotel. Our “partial sea view” room had 1 window that looked out at a cement wall and there was no sea in sight… secondly, the entire “lobby” was under construction and the property seemed surprised at our arrival. Also the hot tub was freezing cold. The hot tub was really nice and new, just not hot. They offered to love us to an upstairs...

Fantastic sea views and we loved our stay - however the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard and we felt a little disappointed by this. "The toilet seat had urine stains when we first checked in and only God knows how long its been there. The kitchen lacked clean surfaces as did the floor of the entire room when we first got there. Housekeeping was done only on the third day (which we were told was apparently the norm) and greasiness of the floor did improve after the cleaning.
