This "Treehouse" is wonderfully located smack in the middle of downtown Vancouver. The city is literally & figuratively at your feet: you're high enough for interesting city views, and anything you might need (groceries, dining, transportation, entertainment, access to tourism adventure, etc.) is within easy walking distance. Unit was clean, well-kept, and cozily furnished (almost cramped, but NOT at all difficult to maneuver). Host was both proactively & reactively communicative. Not a single thing to complain about that was host/unit related.
One small thing to consider for anyone with highly sensitive motion sickness or equilibrium issues (this did NOT affect my ratings because it's about me)... The windows are right at treetop level and the trees were flush enough with leaves in mid-June that wind caused them to wave around and trigger mild/small moments of vertigo when they were blurry in my periphery. This ONLY happened a couple times over my 3-day stay when the wind was strong enough to make branches sway (rather that just leaves rustle). It only happened in the living space, which has see-through shades; the bedroom has solid/blackout curtains.
