"With our granddaughter being a senior at Alabama and not going home for the holiday we decided to meet there and celebrate Thanksgiving. Her parents came from Pittsburgh and her granddad and I from Florida. Perfect house for this kind of trip. We also had her Roommate with her family for dinner. Very nice celebration. "We did not stay at the property. After arriving, we entered the house before unloading our luggage to find it dirty, in desperate need of repair, smelled of mold, smoke alarm beeping, oven with a “hot burner” light on even though we couldn’t find anything actually on. We only stayed on site long enough to find somewhere else to go (about 45 min). Neighborhood was very sketchy as well. Property management was very responsive and nice, however, did not accommodate our request for refund. "

The first night we realized we can't sleep in the bedroom comfortably unless we had the door open. Also the ceiling fan wouldn't go very fast to cool off the room. Besides that wonderful stay"
