"Great service from Courtney at the front desk; we were hoping for a 2 bedroom suite, and she went out of her way to accommodate us by getting us a room that had been out of service for deep cleaning. She went out of her way to give us the option, and had the room checked to make sure it was good to go. Thank you!"

"Overall wonderful stay. Hotel rooms very spacious. Loved the kitchen that has a regular oven. The only thing that needs improvement is the “glassware” provided are like plastic toys. I understand a lot of guests are children but adults could really enjoy a GLASS of wine. Indoor waterpark is small but fun, best part is the hot tub goes outside . It was very relaxing sitting in hot tub while snow flakes falling around you "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The outdoor space was great with views of a waterfall, the river and the city in the distance. The space was just the right size for a couple to stay with extra room for local family to visit for meals and hangout time. I wish we had more time to explore the trail around the property. "The size and location of this mansion was the perfect fit for our family. My husband and I rented this home for 3 of our sons/daughter-in-laws & 4 grandkids. We had a total of 12 at the home. We spent a long weekend exploring Watkins Glen & Ithaca. Our mornings were made easier in the large kitchen with 2 stoves. We loved the fact that each family had their own bathrooms for privacy.
