It had very well stocked kitchen and what was really nice both bedrooms had excellent mattresses, which is not always the case in vacation rental properties. Would highly recommend this place if you want to come to Ithaca."

"The house was spacious as far as space goes for our family. Did have an extra 4 legged friend that scurried around that I mentioned to owner with no reply. Understand, it is the country. It seems to me like false advertising when you mention the KOA which is right next to the house but you can’t go in and use the site, that’s my main complaint. Overall, it was a nice house"

"We had the most amazing stay at Carolyn's place. She left us a place so clean that we all felt comfortable walking around the house without shoes. I have stayed at numerous rentals and this was the cleanest i have ever experienced. The views were gorgeous, with the bonus being that you can see the Cornell campus from here. Easy access to all things Ithaca, wifi was fast, and kitchen was well appointed. We did not go in the lake but we did enjoy some r and r on the dock. Would stay again. "

"Our five night stay at this wonderful home on Cayuga Lake was outstanding. The property is clearly a 10! The home is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, extremely clean, and so comfortable. The views of the lake are truly spectacular. We loved the two-sided gas fireplace and living areas. The master bedroom, closet, and master bath are extremely spacious.
