"Our family enjoyed our stay in Murphys! This place accommodated our family of 10 for five days during the Independence Day celebration. The rooms and beds worked well for our family and was large enough for everyone to have their own space. The kids enjoyed the bunk area and the adult couples each had their own room. "Nice property! Clean and well stocked with kitchen tools/appliances. Clean/fresh bedding and towels. Great location and close to restaurants and wine tasting locations (steps away). The only things that lacked (we felt) was an inside receptacle for our recyclable items and a plastic trash can in the first bathroom to relplace the metal bucket. We had a great trip and will surely return. "

"Kim went out of her way to make us feel welcome, She typed a special message for us wishing us a happy anniversary. Kim baked us blueberry, banana crunch, zucchini muffins and Lincoln blood red pies, she also made double chocolate chip and Praline biscotti’s. Everything was yummy. "Everything in in the house is better than advertised. The roominess of the place is unmatched. The cleanliness is also unmatched. The host is very friendly and very accommodating. We were treated like family by the host and her husband. Highly recommend host and the property."

"Good location, clean, simple to checkin and check out. Neighborhood a bit noisy with trucks idling in the AM and train whistles throughout the evening. Would have liked an outdoor space although since it rained the whole weekend, didn’t matter in the end. For wine country, would have expected appropriate stemware. Overall a nice place."

"What a wonderful location on a hill with a stunning view all day the rooms were great and all the amenities were top knotch my were where a huge family ranging from grandkids to grandparents everyone had a blast and didnt want the weekend to end, futhermore the host were so kind and extremely helpful we will be lookimg foward to our next trip"
