"This is very much a hidden gem. It was like a little oasis. We especially enjoyed the pool, hottub and jacuzzi. The place was very clean and the area very quiet. " AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is not a hotel, this is a 1-star hostel at hotel prices. Two critical points: 1.) The hotel had a full on cockroach infestation. Our room was crawling in cockroaches (pictures included) 2.) Given the cockroaches, we asked for a refund on 1/3 nights. The host confirmed he would refund, but never did…. "Our host went out of his way to help us. He even helped to park my car in the narrow street near the guesthouse. Need our money back. El Mul must let people know that they are a kibutz, not a hotel. That makes a slight difference. Other kibutzim are stating that in their title."
