Independent Valley Cottage hotels

"Stayed in 8th floor. Music on top floor team past 3AM. Called front desk, they would check with security & reply. Nothing. Very upset. Told them this AM. I expect some type of refund or reimbursement.Not happy as we got only 4 hour urs sleep"

"The staff was amazing. The property itself is worn and dated. My room was lit only by the two bedside lamps. A great, cheap place to stay if you are ok with modest expectations and so wear and tear. "

"Highbridge hotel was an excellent choice, even though the neighborhood is not the best, the Subway was really close and we always felt safe. The breakfast the hotel offers is pretty good. They cleaned our room daily and the bed and bathroom were excellent. "

"I did not get a patio room like a booked and prepaid for but the stay was not bad for one night. The pool was closed as well for renovations "

"All the staff was excellent, except for a girl who was at the reception desk during the morning shift. She is a person who does not know how to serve customers, but there was a boy at night who was very kind and helped me with my stay."
