Remodeled, Dog Friendly Vail Lionshead LH Premium

Beautifully renovated Vail studio condo with a newly updated kitchen and bathroom, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort. Centrally located in Lionshead Village, this condo provides nearly ski-in/ski-out access, just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Vail Ski School. Step outside and you’ll find yourself surrounded by vibrant shops, top-tier restaurants, entertainment, and easy access to Vail's world-renowned ski lifts.
The kitchenette is thoughtfully designed with a microwave, coffee maker, stovetop, and half-size refrigerator, providing all the essentials for a convenient stay.
The studio features a comfortable queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, along with a full bathroom. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or exploring the village, this condo is the ideal retreat for your Vail getaway.

LIFT HOUSE LODGE NOTES: Dogs are welcome at Lift House Lodge for an additional fee of $35 per night, per dog. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit, per night. Please ask for pet friendly unit availability. Please provide the front desk with a reliable phone number where you can be reached in case staff or maintenance needs access to the room while your dog is alone. This will help us ensure your pet's safety and address any necessary room maintenance promptly.

Front desk and lobby hours are from 8am to 4pm, though these hours may vary depending on the time of year. For access outside of these hours, please use the 2nd-floor side door near room 201 or the 1st-floor Plaza entrance. Remember to have your key or code ready before 7am and after 5pm for entry.

Lift House has onsite coin laundry and an elevator accessing all floors.

LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Limited parking is available first-come, first-served at $50 per night in the winter season, and $30 per night non-winter season. If our lot is full, the public Lionshead parking garage is $60/overnight (along with hourly daytime rates that vary). Prices may change without a prior notice.

NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.

The Lift House hot tub is available for our guests' enjoyment and is located on the fourth floor.

Property manager (I believe her name was Patricia), was very attentive and giving everyone on the property full support within the limitations caused by the event. No water pressure
This is a great place, 402, however, there is very poor water pressure in the shower and sink. Kitchen is fine. I called maintenance and there was nothing they could do. I thought maybe screens were clogged. Seriously just spits out. We joked we had to jump around just to get wet. Also, there is a park in front of the unit and screaming kids show up at 7:30am, so be prepared for that.

The condo is nice. However the balcony overlooks the playground and fountain. For our stay in the summer, kids were having a grand time but unfortunately, screaming through the fountain in the afternoon about 4 - 6. Other than that, it was a perfect place for a few days.

Great location. Studio was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen had everything we needed and staff was super helpful. Building dies not offer ski/boot closet so you are keeping items in room.

Close to it all
This is a perfect location to be in the middle of it all. It is a small, studio condo but it meet all of our needs. And the balcony with chairs and table made it all the better. Great views of the mountain. We were right on top of shopping, restaurants, ski rentals and a quick 5 minute walk to the lift. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing is that the mattress needs to be replaced right away. It was worn on both sides.

Awesome Property / Great Location
The premium studio is a very small unit but very efficient in every use of space. It was perfect for my wife and me and our 50lb furry friend. The Lionshead Lift House is in a great location and literally two minutes from the gondola. The property was just as pictured and very sufficient for our needs. There is no AC in the entire building and the unit we were in had a western facing balcony so, in the afternoon, we would keep the drapes shut to keep the heat down. In the evening we would leave the door open and it was very comfortable overnight. The unit comes with a floor fan but the manager was kind enough to get us another fan as well. The unit is about a 12 minute walk to Vail Village. All in all, we were very pleased and would recommend to others not requiring a great deal of space.
