"Absolutely gorgeous property which had us feeling like we were in a fairytale. I’m surprised the birds and squirrels didn’t come in and help me make my bed each day. The views are stunning and the peaceful surroundings are so relaxing. We had chefs for breakfast and dinner - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Gian is helpful and knowledgeable and really puts effort into making sure the stay and the home are top notch. Thank you, Gian! We are just driving away and I miss it already."

"During a difficult time of travel, the owner of the property made our stay stress free and easy. The owners were exceptionally responsive and helpful in our planning for our visit next year. "The villa is in a perfect location with easy access to local villages and connection to the highways making getting around so easy. The views from the upper level were simply stunning. "We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. "The owner met us to check us in, but returned that evening while we were eating. Having interrupted the meal he wanted 300euros in cash as a deposit. He said he'd return next day. "Two familes had a lovely week at this beautiful house. Hot tub was great and the pool was very welcome during the hot days. It's not a huge pool and only a meter deep but did the job. The house and grounds are really well maintained. Cats are lovely and not bothersome. Gaspare, Christoff and Raquel are all very helpful. "This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. "We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. We loved the location away from crowds but close enough to get to every where in Umbria for day trips. If you are traveling in the summer, just be aware there is no air conditioning.
