"Villa Manadlin is stunning and would highly recommend staying here. It is set over 4 floors with separate room / annex on bottom floor next to pool (we did not need to use this). Enough loungers at pool with very comfy padding - plus space in sun / shade to relax. Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although"

Mehmet, the property manager, is a star - arranging airport transfers, water delivery and anything else you may need. It was our first visit to Kalkan, we will be back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else than here."

"We were blown away by the listing and blown away by the property. It was the most perfect villa for us 5 chums and we never left during the day. Facilities were outstanding, water cooler, huge fridge, exceptionally well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could need. Beautiful infinity pool which had spa jets. Local Taxis quick, easy and not expensive, 1700 lire to go down to the harbour to eat. Lots of 6 seater cabs, just mention the size when you book. Great local shop 200 yards up...

"Perfect for getting away from it all, but still close to the lovely town of Kalkan. Cannot fault villa or service from manager. Not mentioned is the quite extensive welcome pack which is perfect if you are arriving late in the day. Pool is fairly small but it’s only a 2 minute walk to the 25m infinity pool at the club house when you want to swim rather than just cool off. Had a fabulous 10 nights here. "
