This stylish place to stay is perfect for family, friends, or work trips. This apartment is on the second floor. It was recently fully renovated. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.

Park Proctor is conveniently located across the street. It's great for running or walks in the morning. Just 7 minutes from the Adirondack Bank Center at the Utica Memorial Auditorium, Utica's Brewery District and Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute. It is a short 20-minute drive from Hamilton College, 12 Minutes to Utica University, and 8 Minutes to the Utica Zoo, 3 minutes to MVCC and centrally located to all the Utica hospitals. The Syracuse Airport is just a 55-mile drive and Albany a 94-mile drive.

Great place to stay in a great location.
The apartment was perfect for my family and me. Perfectly located near my Dad’s home. Spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped. Loved being near the park too. Walked there daily. Also used the wonderful outdoor porch daily. And renter was very responsive and friendly when I contacted them of anything. Recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice 3 bedroom rental with large living room, dining room and functional kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Only improvements would be an additional bathroom and a safety bar in the bathroom tub. The price was very reasonable.
