"Hotel & room was fine. We were in town for a wedding & planned to check in at 3pm which was the check in time. We planned on getting dressed & ready at the hotel. I called ahead to make sure that would work, person on the phone stated that is fine. Once we arrived at 3pm they said room wasn’t ready. We would have made other plans if I was told on the phone the room wouldn’t have been ready so was disappointed with the delay and incorrect information. We had to rush to get ready and barely made...

"The hotel was clean and new and had great amenities! Breakfast was excellent, the pool and hot tub area were lovely, the lobby was large and inviting, and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and spacious and extremely comfortable. It was great and we intend to go return!"
