"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."

"This property is in a perfect location for accessing all of le Vieux Annecy! The breakfast is good and offers assorted breads, cheeses, salami, eggs, dried fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and cereal. The parking is a little tight, and I recommend reserving a place in advance if your stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again, for sure! "

"Great place for our family of 3 generations & 9 people. Everyone loved the pool! Convenient for trips into Annecy or tour around lake. More restaurants nearby than expected- but plan on reservations. The HEAT! We’d rather not discuss.....but it was record breaking for France....."

"Huge room and very central, walkable to everything. Nice to have a kitchenette too after eating out so much on a long Europe trip. The room felt upscale and better than the photos!"

" If you are visiting Geneva, but would like to stay in the outskirts, this is def the place to go! It is an hour away on the bus. There is the local tpg bus system that runs everyday. It is right around the corner. The area is very quiet and has all the basic amenities needed. It was perfect for a group of 5! "

Et qui est proche d'Annecy.On peut se garer facilement.Par contre,cet appartement mériterait d'être mieux entretenu (interrupteur maintenu avec du scotch,baguette d'un meuble de cuisine qui pend). Avec plus de soin cet appartement serait top."

"Great apartment within a short walk to the centre of town. Arrived by train direct from Paris and host offered to pick us up from the station and gratefully accepted. Took advantage of the cycle hire and track for a trip around the lake. Also direct bus to Chamonix for day trip. Thank you to our hosts."

"Quite small but very nice. Could do with a spruce up, but there is nothing wrong with what you get. Very close to everything and everywhere you want."

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"Paper towels. We ve been renting from Vrbo for over 10 years and have never checked into a European trip where there were paper towels. That’s the attention to detail to insure renters are happy. When I first received the contract and 27 page, what you need to know, book, I sighed. But printed it off and it was appreciated for its thoroughness. The unit was modern, clean and well supplied. We couldn’t have been happier. "

"The hotel was clean, had parking, a restaurant and a gym. The suite was big and had a sofa. We were able to walk from the airport to the hotel in about 15 minutes after our trip to the city of Geneva from taking the train at the airport. Free shuttle van to the airport every 10 minutes in the very early morning and every 20 minutes after 5:30am. After returning our car early we took the van to the airport the following morning. Many restaurants around the area, but a bit dark and sketchy at...

"The hotel was clean, had parking, a restaurant and a gym. The suite was big and had a sofa. We were able to walk from the airport to the hotel in about 15 minutes after our trip to the city of Geneva from taking the train at the airport. Free shuttle van to the airport every 10 minutes in the very early morning and every 20 minutes after 5:30am. After returning our car early we took the van to the airport the following morning. Many restaurants around the area, but a bit dark and sketchy at night. I would stay again because the room was nice and big, the hotel was clean and very convenient to get to the airport."
