"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"I don't think I spent enough time in Tomakomai to get a good feeling for the area, I mainly stayed here because it was close to Sapporo and the hotel was within walking distance from Tomakomai train station. The hotel was also very close to a Don Quijote, Lawson, and Seicomart.
