"Property decor was a little 70s retro, which was fun for us. That said, the property was clean. We got the half board package which included buffet dinner and lunch. Both had a wide selection of food and were good. Our room had great views of both mountain and sea. In the morning, we saw steam from the onsen in the mountain. Staff were friendly. "

"This is one of the best experiences I had. I enjoyed the authentic Japanese hospitality. I was greeted and escorted to the lobby. The staff led me to my room showing me all the facilities. "Nice property just off the main street, near train station. It is pet friendly with 3 resident cats roaming around the lobby. You get to book 2 sessions at the baths after checked in, the semi open bath on the 2nd level is popular, while the rooftop bath may not be a good idea in cold weather although the view is great. You get free use of the bicycles for your stay. There is no lift so you have to carry your luggages up and down the stairs."
