"Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it! "

"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "Nice modern hotel. Dining room and breakfast buffet were excellent. Rooms were functional and clean. Bathroom was very small and could benefit from a shower door and fan. The underground public parking garage smelled of urine."

"My husband stayed for many days at this property while he was undergoing a procedure at the nearby hospital. The team at the hotel were so accommodating and helpful. The hotel was so clean and the food was delicious. It really was a wonderful experience staying here. "

"Hotel has a great location and view of the Rhine. Parking was not easy as the hotel only has about ten spots. The man at the front desk told us we could park across the lot in another business's lot for $10.00 cash a day which seemed kind of strange. He said he gives the cash to the other business. We did it and it worked out fine."

"This is a lovely place to stay in this quaint town. The hotel is a bit of a maze and their underground parking is extremely tight. The breakfast was excellent and service professional and friendly. No problem with speaking English."

"Staff member was very helpful arranging our trip to Burg Eltz. The hotel is conveniently located by the Koblenz Train Station and there are several nice restaurants in the area. It was a great experience."

"Great location!!! Walk to everything. We had room 301 overlooking a busy street. It was loud at night! Parking underneath hotel was nice. Having a grocery store (Edeka) 3 minutes away was awesome! Considering the location and value, I would stay here again."

"The house was a perfect place to spread out and relax, while exploring the Rhine by car and boat. The paid parking lot was very convenient to the lodging (once we discovered the shortcut under the road and up some stairs). We didn’t take advantage of the sauna or the jacuzzi tub, but the washer and full kitchen was perfect. I was surprised to find that the bed on the top floor was a waterbed—I slept like a baby. "Superb accommodation"

"In town for a family wedding. Worked out very well for us except the walking distance to old town, good restaurants and activities was not convenient. But the neighborhood is quiet at night and the apartment is well appointed. Olga was very responsive and a wonderful host."
