"The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!"

"The best check in - ever! We got to the hotel early (10:30 am) and our room was ready. They let us check in and while they took the bags up to the room, gave us a champagne welcome drink. "We were greeted with a glass of cava and a thoughtful run through of sights to see around Palma with a helpful marked up map to use. Our room was upgraded with a chilled bottle of cava waiting for us in there. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the rooftop is perfect to unwind after a day sightseeing. The location is also excellent, steps away from the main shopping areas but down a quieter side street which felt like a haven away...
