「The design of the washroom is unsatisfactory. The shower curtain does not extend to the floor, and the washroom is very wet after shower. As the hotel does not make up room everyday, the washroom condition is quite untidy. 」

「Great option for this location. A bit out of the downtown core, but I was not going into downtown. Short walk to Eden Park and highway access. Very interesting building given it was a convent in a previous life. Staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. I had a great stay there.」

「The room is just ok. The water pressure for the hot shower is not enough, especially in the winter time. Also, it is disappointed that the WiFi signal is poor in our room. Limited WiFi login account with 500MB limit only. Not a enjoyable stay but just ok if just spent one night in Auckland. 」

「Very disappointed! No contact was made from property with any check in information! I had to call and they said there had been triple booking and weren't sure what there next move was! An hour later they called back to say it had been sorted and they would send through check in details, waited another hour before getting in contact with then again to see why they hadn't sent through, still no replies until 11pm after we had already had to make other arrangements for the night! Very big let down...

「As per the photos on the website it was clean and tidy. My only issue was that I booked a superior room expecting a king bed but it was only a queen bed. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay.」

「This boutique hotel is sublime. Happy hour every evening, delicious breakfast brought to you. Bathroom has a heated floor & heated towel rack. Good shower. Nespresso & kettle in room. Fridge in room. Comfy bed, helpful staff. Easy walk to Ponsonby St where there's a myriad of shops and cafes! Grocery store is an easy walk too. We hope to be back someday!」
