"Older property that seems to be recently renovated. Nicely done. You can swing your bass boat here pretty easily after one practice session. Traffic is heavy but if you wait for a nearby traffic light change you will eventually get in with ease. Very close to the road. So kinda noisy. But if you are like me after a day of fishing sleep overwhelms traffic noise. This property is extremely close to the venetian garden boat ramp.
