"The room was unexpectedly very spacious. The interior of the building and room looked very nice. It's one of the hotels that had enough space to sit at a table without blocking the walking paths and had quite a bit of counter/table space. There wasn't enough well placed outlets for laptop use though. The bed was actually very soft considering most hotels in Japan I went to was more firm. I prefer firm mattresses but I was still able to fall asleep unlike most other soft beds."

"I’ve stayed at this property before and enjoy its convenience. The staff at the front desk were very kind and always willing to help. I was surprised that when I did ask the room to be made up it wasn’t done very throughly, some of the garbage was left behind.
