The best thing about this property was the customer service. Michelle and Mo plus the housekeeping staff are top-notch! We checked in late evening just as the tornado sirens were going off. Mo made sure the guests were safe. He went above and beyond taking care of our reservation. Upon checking out Michelle was very friendly. After leaving, 30 minutes later, Michelle called to say that the housekeeping staff had found a phone that was left behind in the room. Michelle and her housekeeping staff did not have to let us know that but they did. Again, above and beyond exceptional!

Towel racks in bathroom fell off when I touched it. I put on the booking it would be 2 adults, 3 kids, hotel provided towels for 2 people. Website advertises breakfast in the morning, all they had was bread. This was annoying because that was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. Kept our deposit. Unsure as to why. The room and linens were not great to start with.

Was put in wrong room, double bed instead of single. Wasn't notified of early check-in fee until I got there which was half the price of the room. Breakfast was mediocre, didn't even have simple water for guest just a muffin and some stale cereal. Weird stain on one of the beds and bathroom was the only area that was decent. They also need to change the a/c filter smells old when you run the air.

The property was nice. the hotel was nice the only problem we had was calling the night manager for an early wake up call, that we never got. My husband had an early-procedure at the hospital.We only booked for one night. The attendant was a real nice girl. Since we didn't get a wake-up call we didn't have time for breakfast. but it looked nice.

Fast check-in with Expedia booking. Older building but well-maintained and very clean. I appreciate the rooms having flooring and not carpet. Seems much cleaner for someone with allergies. Very close to my destination and all restaurant/shopping. Comfortable bed and large TV. Friendly and responsive staff.

I went through Expedia. They took $86.80 and I did not even stay at the hotel. Expedia does not take care of their customers and this hotel in particular will take your money! I never even went past the lobby and because I was on a do not rent list from a previous stay that they had already kept my deposit for they concluded that they would not refund my money. You would be better off going directly and paying your money because they do not secure nor take care of your money
