Amazingly beautiful

The process was so quick and easy the house is gorgeous. Very well maintained and had fun extras for the beach. Definitely will use Oceanfront Cottage Rentals again!

Hidden Gem!

We booked this last minute moving from another VRBO for extended stay after fleeing the Tampa Bay Area for Hurricane Milton. We had an entire family + and had special accommodations with our animals that this host was more than willing to accommodate. This property is beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and right on the beach over a walkway bridge. 10/10 recommend. We hope to come back soon!! Thank you so much for easy communication and a wonderful escape from our reality.

Highlights: great location able to get to beach, grocery, and restaurants walking,; well stocked, plenty of room and great gathering place. Only down side the furniture especially chairs are terrible like your going to fall through them and the living room carpet has been taped down and it is peeling up and poses major tripping hazard. Some minor issues one microwave didnt work, some toilets run and master bedroom fan didnt work. Overall well worth it. Just need chairs fixed fir sure

Making Memories

Had the best time staying at 13th Perfection on Tybee Island!! This was our 2nd year in a row coming here. Great place, plenty of room for all 10 of us to be comfortable. Tybee is a charming place to be!!

Perfect!

The house was really perfect for us. The bedrooms on every level fit all of us. There was a ton of space to spread out. The top floor was the living area/kitchen/dining area where we spent the most time and the balcony and view of the water was wonderful. Sunrises and coffee from that balcony every morning were fabulous! There was always a great breeze out there even on the hottest days. We really liked having 2 fulll sized refrigerators on the top and bottom level (and a mini-fridge in between). The extra coffee maker on the 2nd floor was a bonus also. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware for a large group. It was great to be so close to the beach (steps from the beach access) and to restaurants and shops. We did have an issue with the air conditioner on the main level, but Oceanfront was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this property.

Most excellent adventure

The house was great! Super close to the ocean. Lots of room for our extended family to spread out. Only down side was elevator did not work which would have been very useful for my 70 year old mother in law to get to the top floor where the main living space and kitchen are located.

Some items not working

The refrigerator on the main level was not cold enough and the elevator did not work. I was told about these items the day before we were to arrive from the property management and did receive a $125 per night credit for our inconvenience. Otherwise it is a roomy and beautiful house in a good location with great views

Best Family Vacay Ever!!!

This property was FABULOUS!!! The location was perfection...literally steps to the beach. We had a great ocean view which was super cool to watch the tropical storm Isaias move on past. Thankfully we dodged that weather bullet! The house was amazing. Very clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. Elevator was a plus given the kitchen is on the third floor! Easy grocery transport....and all the young adults in the house enjoyed it as well! The only thing that would have made this location more perfect would have been a small pool to jump in after a day at the beach. First time to Tybee and we LOVED everything about it! We will definitely be back for a future vacay there. The island vibe is so laid back and small town like. Even during a Pandemic it was incredibly chill. We had a group of 9 adults (two of our "adults" were 17, but they are mature, ya know!) This house was the perfect set up for us. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and beds were super comfy! Well stocked kitchen will all tools you would ever need. We rented beach equipment from Tim's Rentals and they delivered and picked up when we were done. Highly recommend this property for your Tybee getaway! We would rent this unit again for sure!

Wonderful house for a multi-family beach vacation

This house was exactly as it was listed. We enjoyed how close it was to beach access and to nearby restaurants, coffee, ice cream, etc. My only complaint that with a 5 night minimum stay, we should have been supplied with a 5-day supply of coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Overall, a wonderful property and I would rent it again!
