Our 3-floor condo is ready to welcome you and your (small) family with all the comforts of home and an unbeatable location! With 2 suite bedrooms, access to the community pool, year-round great weather, this condo promises comfort, convenience, and easy access to some of SoCal most famous attractions. Walk to great shopping and eating options, park and golf club are across the street and Disneyland is only 20 minutes away (11 miles).

Both bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor for maximum privacy and relaxation.

Master Bedroom: Unwind in the spacious master bedroom, complete with a comfortable Queen bed, a Smart TV, a fully equipped work station, a generous walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub.

Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and a crib, perfect for families with little ones. It also has its own ensuite bathroom with a convenient shower/tub combo.

► Living Area:
Relax in the inviting living area with a Smart TV, a gas fireplace for cozy evenings, and a dining table for 4, making it a great space for meals and quality time with loved ones. There's also a convenient powder room on this floor.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.

We recommend driving your own private car or renting a car. The property has a 2-car garage.
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the Airbnb Terms and Conditions, and those listed herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!

PET POLICY:
- One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
- Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
- Pet fee is required and non refundable
- Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
- If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE:
- Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
- Keep them on leash while outside the home.
- Always pick up after your dog.
- Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

1. Use of Bikes
Owner grants you and other members of your party a non-exclusive permission to use the following equipment located on the premises at your and other members of your party own risk and expense:

Bikes: all bikes located in the garage.

2. Assumption of Risk:
You acknowledge and understand that the use of bikes involves inherent risks of injury, damage, or death. You and all members of your party assume all such risks and agrees to hold the Property Owner, and Air Concierge Inc, harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your, or other members of your party use of the bikes, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to:

- Defects or malfunctions in the bikes.
- Improper or negligent use of the bikes by Tenant or any other person.
- Accidents or collisions while using the bikes.

3. Maintenance and Repair:
You and all other members of your party are responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the bikes, including but not limited to:

- Regularly inspecting the bikes for any damage or defects and immediately notifying Landlord of any such issues.
- Keeping the bikes clean and in good working order.
- Making minor repairs to the bikes with Landlord's prior written approval.

4. Insurance:
You shall obtain and maintain, at your own expense, liability insurance in an amount sufficient to cover any potential claims arising out of your (or other members of your party) use of the bikes. You shall provide to the Manager a certificate of insurance evidencing such coverage upon request.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE BIKES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LANDLORD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SAFETY, CONDITION, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE BIKES OR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT.
