Both bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor for maximum privacy and relaxation.
Master Bedroom: Unwind in the spacious master bedroom, complete with a comfortable Queen bed, a Smart TV, a fully equipped work station, a generous walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub.
Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and a crib, perfect for families with little ones. It also has its own ensuite bathroom with a convenient shower/tub combo.

By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the Vrbo Terms and Conditions, and those listed herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times.
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!
PET POLICY:
- One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
- Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
- Pet fee is required and non refundable
- Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
- If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.
PET ETIQUETTE:
- Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
- Keep them on leash while outside the home.
- Always pick up after your dog.
- Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.
1. Use of Bikes and Exercise Equipment:
Owner grants you and other members of your party a non-exclusive permission to use the following equipment located on the premises at your and other members of your party own risk and expense:
Bikes: all bikes located in the garage.
Exercise Equipment: All exercise equipment located in the garage.
2. Assumption of Risk:
You acknowledge and understand that the use of bikes and exercise equipment involves inherent risks of injury, damage, or death. You and all members of your party assume all such risks and agrees to hold the Property Owner, and Air Concierge Inc, harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your, or other members of your party use of the bikes and exercise equipment, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to:
- Defects or malfunctions in the bikes or exercise equipment.
- Improper or negligent use of the bikes or exercise equipment by Tenant or any other person.
- Accidents or collisions while using the bikes.
- Physical injury or illness sustained while using the exercise equipment.
3. Maintenance and Repair:
You and all other members of your party are responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the bikes and exercise equipment, including but not limited to:
- Regularly inspecting the bikes and exercise equipment for any damage or defects and immediately notifying Landlord of any such issues.
- Keeping the bikes and exercise equipment clean and in good working order.
- Making minor repairs to the bikes and exercise equipment with Landlord's prior written approval.
4. Insurance:
You shall obtain and maintain, at your own expense, liability insurance in an amount sufficient to cover any potential claims arising out of your (or other members of your party) use of the bikes and exercise equipment. You shall provide to the Manager a certificate of insurance evidencing such coverage upon request.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE BIKES AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LANDLORD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SAFETY, CONDITION, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE BIKES OR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT.
You must also acknowledge
- Security camera/recording device: Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
- Must climb stairs: 3-floor property. Stairs to access the front door. Stairs from the garage to the main living area and stairs to the 3rd floor where the bedrooms are located.
