"I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room."

"A wonderful stay. The hotel was perfect for us, travelling with a 3 year old. Very clean, perfect rooms, breakfast was great and the pool was amazing! "Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to Rome and Florence. Quiet at night. Beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants near by. Absolutely loved the quiet nights and away from the noise of the city. "

"relaxing evening, walked along the boardwalk . Our host was wonderful and went out of his way to give us everything we needed. Loved the view of the ocean. Super close to stores. It was everything we needed to enjoy an evening before our cruise. I give him a 5 + for helping us get to the cruise terminal and helping us with directions. He even walked and video directions to me… Wonderful ! "

"The accommodation was as promised and very clean. The host, Giovanni, was helpful and engaging. The apartment is well placed to visit the town, however, the area was very noisy until the wee hours on the weekend. It was less noisy on weeknights."

"The owner met us to check us in, but returned that evening while we were eating. Having interrupted the meal he wanted 300euros in cash as a deposit. He said he'd return next day. However, by then we realised that the downstairs toilet and drains were blocked as were 2 of the upstairs showers. There was no hot water in some. "HSC met every expectation. The shuttle we arranged with them was on time, in good repair and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed/bedding was/were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. It was literally less than a block from the entrance to the cruise port (we walked with our luggage to board our ship). There were restaurants nearby, and shopping areas as well. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Many thanks to the owner and manager - they made the beginning of our trip comfortable and easy. 5 stars."

"What a beautiful little town. I arrived here around sunset and took a walk around its character full of narrow gullies. Really feel the texture of the ancient stone, the smell of beautiful food being cooked in restaurants. Really wish I spent a few more hours admiring the town. Great service staff was great "
