"Checkin was a breeze. They let us check in early to enable us to return our car rental on time. The reception had a great suggestion for a local restaurant. That turned out to be great. They also called for an early morning airport taxi ride for us. Much appreciated. On the negative side. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, ashtray filled with butts, empty beer cans on the juillet balcony and there wasn’t a blanket on the bed( only sheets and pillowcases). "This is a lovely little oasis just off the main road in Marmaris. There is some city noise in the front room, but the bedroom faced the courtyard in back, which was surprisingly quiet. It was a five-minute walk to Migros (supermarket) or the beach. Air conditioners in the front room and the bedroom made for a comfortable stay during a hot weekend in the late summer. "Old mansion converted to hotel apt"

"I really wanted to give this place 5 stars (but, see below) because the host is the SWEETEST and so so good at communicating/helping with all your needs. The apartment is absolutely STUNNING, spotless clean and in the perfect location to shops/restaurants. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the water in the shower is hot. "The room was great. 2 seperate bedrooms, living area and a balcony. All as described. Good location, about 10 minutes from the beach. Easy parking in front of hotel. Place was a bit tired, but this caused no issues"

"Very clean and well decorated. No elevator, we had to carry our luggages to 4th floor. The GPS location shared on Expedia is wrong, so it took us a quite some trouble to find it. Use their address is more accurate on the map. Parking is hard in the area."

Included parking underground (entrance is from road behind it, not the one next to it). Also includes breakfast from two of the cafes on the road.
