Desde el primer momento, Sandra se aseguró de que cada detalle estuviera cubierto, siempre con una sonrisa genuina y una disposición admirable para ayudar. Su calidez y profesionalismo lograron que me sintiera cuidada y bienvenida, como si estuviera en casa. Por su parte, Amauri amabilidad, respeto y atención a cada detalle me transmitieron una gran sensación de seguridad y confort; no se trata solo del lugar, sino de las personas que le dan vida y alma al espacio. Ademas este lugar es el paraiso puro con las vistas, el ruido del mar y la energia de estar durmiendo junto a el. We had a great stay at Ganesh and the beach is beautiful. The staff is nice and helpful. Just know that there is a lot of noise all day around due to its location. Other than that, it is a great place to stay at and it is right in the middle of the nightlife of Tulum beach.

The staff was super helpful with directions to restaurants and surrounding things, also very friendly! There’s also a security guard on duty so it was nice feeling safe the whole time. The location was perfect and had access to the beautiful tulum beach as well. 10/10 stay!

Lovely place to stay for a convenient quiet and affordable time in Tulum.. would have loved better amenities like a pool and restaurant on the property but there were lots of options walking distance both on and off the beach

The hotel is clean, conditioner worked very well, very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of restaurants are around, there are music clubs close by cause the hotel is in the heart of Tulum beach but we didn’t really care the loud music. Gomart is close also. You can use swimming pool of Rosa negra hotel which is next door, also art park of ahau hotel is free for you.

A very cozy hotel with security gate with the code given to you once you check-in by pressing the bell on the right side of the gate, a worker will come out to greet you. Room is cozy, super clean, AC/ceiling fan works great. Walks right to the beach in one minute and there are beach chairs waiting. Feels like a private beach area with not a lot of people, beach towel given upon request. We love this place, with friendly staff, no noise on our end. We would absolutely stay here again, Junior was super nice and accommodating, asked if we needed restaurant reservations, attraction/tour needs. He made us feel super welcomed and comfortable, no complaints at all within our one week stay here. The only thing I wish them have is a ramp for us to bring our bikes up, it was a bit of a struggle, it would be a great convenience for future guests if they rented bikes like we did. But overall everything is great from the cleanliness, comfortable bed/sheets, fast hot water, great AC, doting customer service, restaurant with walking distance convenience, and GREAT beach access right in their backyard! Everything is BEAUTIFUL!

Had a wonderful time here!!! Has its own little beach area with chairs. Sandra at reception made the stay here even that much better. She was so helpful with her recommendations. The other staff security was also very great. The room was nice and comfortable. We booked a room with an AC which is much needed. The hotel is a walking distance to beach clubs and really nice restaurants (ilios Greek restaurant definitely recommend after 8pm so you can experience all the fun stuff at the restaurant). The hotel is also associated with some beach clubs so instead of paying $160 to just enter, you get in for free which is amazing especially if you’re on a budget. Tip: make sure to bargain with the taxi drivers!!! One of them told us $80 to get to the town and we bargained all the way down to $25!!!)

The property is right on the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. I wasn't quite prepared for the Constant Booming of the clubs right around, but the large walls kept it from wrecking my sleep. The only real complaint, bit of advice is don't stay in Room #2. It is right next to the generator and is louder than almost anything else going on at night. I had to close the bathroom door (which sealed it from AC and Dehumidifier) just muffle some of the generators noise. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is expensive.

The property is quite small and charming.i did not expect much, however once i walked into the property I enjoyed the modern bohemian look mixed with tropical plants throughout the property and the beach access was the best part.

Beautiful, clean small property right on the beach. Plenty of dining options within walking distance and a 24/7 gomart and pharmacy right across the street. Getting around and to tours is easy, the property manager is just a text away to help you set up transportation (or plenty of taxis up and down the street) and she’s there to give you tips/suggestions, and make things as easy for you as possible. A lot of people complain about noise from next door but it’s not bad at all, I stayed 4 days with my 8year old.
