Coulda been better
The negatives: when we booked in October property owner (Doug) said WiFi would be installed by January. When we arrived- no WiFi. Doug blamed direct tv. He made no effort to get WiFi during our months stay. We paid significant extra phone charges to access the internet. The phone Verizon Connection at this house was poor and we frequently lost the connection. We missed out on important meetings and missed obligations because the owner did not provide WiFi. There were dirty pans, dishes and glasses. There was rotting produce in the frig and the freezer was dirty. We found dirty clothes and towels under the bed.
The positive: nice neighborhood and very quiet. Everything basic (toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, chairs, beds) were functional and comfortable. Local property managers -Barbara and John- were very helpful getting cable to work and fixing a leaky water heater.
Bottom line: we would love to stay here again- if the property owner gets WiFi and adequately cleans the property.
