I wish the owner did not use Vacasa for managing the property. They are extremely inflexible. I asked for a late checkout by an hour and they couldn't accommodate it for no logical reason.

Will never rent from Vacasa again!

Positive: The condo itself is dated but very well supplied and comfortable. Great location. Negative: We will NEVER rent a VRBO managed by Vacasa again. This is the second time we've had to deal with this property management company and they are horrible. Long story short, parking passes were not left (that was remedied the day after our arrival) and there was a smoke detector going off every 45 seconds in the owner's closet! After staying at the rental for an entire day and contacting them multiple (like 6+) times within a 12 hour period, it was never resolved. Our dog was so spooked she never came upstairs. We left the next day without the situation being resolved. To date, we still do not have an adequate resolution from Vacasa compensating us for my husband's missed vacation. In fact, the local manager has lied about the situation claiming it was fixed while we were still there. We had a similar situation when we rented from them in Portland (no electricity in the unit). Run, don't walk, from any rental managed by this company.

Convenient and Comfortable

We had a great stay. Comfortable place, ideal for 4 adults. The bunkbeds upstairs are very small and suitable for little kids only (beware that top bunk does not have a railing). Fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.
