"We enjoyed our 5 weeks in Mauritius. Fantastic experience, including weather, local people and various sites of interest we visited. It did however need a little minor maintenance/tweaking which we were assured was in the pipeline....not in time for our stay unfortunately, but will make it better for the next guests. "The flats are next to a very busy road with morning and evening heavy traffic and next to three discos with a lot of weekend night actions and noise. The flats are spacy and awere nicely build but meanwhile lack repair and maintenance and thus appear to be rundown."

"We have just returned from two lovely weeks at La Pointe Villas, and would book to stay here again in a heartbeat. We stayed in the 4 bed property which was as pictured, kept clean by the daily maid service in good working order. Any issues are swiftly dealt with and sorted. The outdoor area is very large with beautiful views of the bay and the location is convenient to travel the island. Hosts and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend."

"The Hotel had been renovated a couple of weeks ago, so everything is OK in the room and all the staff is abdolutely adorable and available. A 6th star should be awarded to the whokr team. "The LUX hotel deserves its 5 star status. It has great facilities for both families with & without children and even has an adult only beach area. Main gripe was the fact that the sea is so shallow you can hardly get any depth to swim properly which I felt was a shame. The staff are second to none. "Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. The front desk, concierge and guest relations were simply amazing! The management did huge efforts to minimize clients’ discomfort. Amazing! "
