"Excellent communication from the owners, they allowed us to check in early as we arrived early. Very cute space with tons of amenities available to accommodate all your needs and more. At first my mom was feeling skeptical about staying in the area, but all was well. Michael and Jennifer were right upstairs in case we needed anything. Their place is right outside of Bryce Canyon as stated, would definitely stay here again. "

"The kids wanted to stay here all day rather than explore Bryce Canyon. Kayaking, canoeing, and lots of animals to meet... It was great! Fire pit was also nice and we enjoyed a lot of s'mores. If we ever visit the area again, this will definitely be the place we stay!"

"We stayed in the Farriers Quarters cabin. Everything was as described and very clean. The owner has done a great job trying to make visitors stay as enjoyable as possible. Full kitchen, bath had everything that we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Large TV that we didn't really use, but very large compared to what we usually see. There is a Binder with the local things to do and see. Plus the owner has a blog that makes a lot of great recommendations for thing to do. The owner also went...

"This room was perfect for our two-night stay. Very clean and comfortable with a very cool stone shower and comfy bed. This is in a beautiful spot close to Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome State Park with some good places to eat close by. There were lots of thoughtful extras in the room like snacks and coffee that were very welcome. Would stay here again for sure. "

"The property was just as expected. Cute and cozy. Perfect for a quiet night after a full day of rigorous hiking! The only suggestion would be to have more entertainment options for the evening since there's not much in town. A smart tv to view the guest's own streaming services or more board games, playing cards or a selection of books to read would be wonderful to pass the evening time."

"The room was clean but a little small. The beds are not queen size, they are full size. It needs a little renovation. The room had a weird old smell. The toilet seat was pealing and the shower was hard to figure it out, the cold side is warm and the warm cold. The property is cute. "
