“This place was perfect for our little getaway. We saw deer the first morning we were there and enjoyed walking down to the creek. The rooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable. The gas fireplace heated up the cabin very quickly. We loved both porches and spent a lot of time on both. We also enjoyed the firepit area. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware. We will back.”

“Exactly what we were looking for! The Shire was perfect spot for our quick family get away. Close to everything but entertainment right on site. Kayaking the river - finding the old dam/waterfall, saw wildlife (deer, geese), fishing, ending the day in the hot tub then dinner around the fire. Holly was great help with ideas for entertaining a 14 yr old and things to do. Highly recommend!”

“Enjoyed our stay at Tiny Bear Paw! Perfect for a couple just looking for a quiet place to stay. Clean and well equipped with more than a normal rental. The bed was extremely comfortable (which is a big deal to me!) Would definitely stay here again. Of note, our GPS was off slightly and told us we had arrived at the location but we were not. The home is set back off of a gravel road-not directly on the paved road. Because of other tiny homes in the area, it took us a few minutes to find the……

“We had a wonderful stay at The Garden Cottage. It certainly lives up to its name! We loved walking the property and seeing the beautiful plants and a little wildlife. The location is excellent because it is close to town, Brow Park (gorgeous sunsets!!), and DeSoto Park. The cottage itself is adorable and the perfect size. The kitchen was a dream come true and I enjoyed baking in the double ovens.. the living room is comfortable, the bathroom was plenty big, and the beds were very comfy. We hope……

“My husband & I along with another couple stayed in The Outlook from Friday to Sunday. It was the perfect place! We loved the house, the location, the amenities, the cleanliness and the decor. We hope to visit again! As for Mentone, the shops were fun to visit & see all the creativity and arts. The Wildflower Cafe is a MUST as well as The Hatter. Mentone is a small quaint town that allows you somewhat be unconnected from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Definitely recommend The Outlook in……
