"Location was in a nice neighborhood that was quiet and felt safe. House was in good repair and clean. Beds were comfortable. Deck around pool seems like it’s ready to be replaced (quite a few soft spots that made us off balanced) but having a pool and hot tub was a plus. One point worth noting: the last part of the drive in is on a very windy and poorly maintained road, but is less troublesome if one enters that road from the direction of Willow Creek. "The property was amazing. It had great views and the house was very nice. There isn’t water access and the fire pit was filled in with dirt so we couldn’t use it. The pictures made it seem like we could access the river but was not the case. Other than that the property was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. In range for coast and redwoods day trips, plenty of options in the area to swim, hike, fish, float, etc. The kitchen has plenty of dishes for cooking a proper meal when you bring back goodies from the coast. "This was me and my partners anniversary and this place did not disappoint! The owner was able to help us when we got lost a few times. The location is quite far out but that’s also a huge plus for us! There was so many amenities and I loved how inclusive it was with the awesome/easy to use propane heaters along with fully operational kitchen, bathroom, and gorgeous outdoor shower with hot water! We stayed in the tent and loved every second. The owner was really kind and accomodating!"
