"Lovely house, garden and locality. Access to the beach was easier to walk to the end of the road and down the hill. Split your recycling and put in bags, saves the rubbish collectors opening all your bags to separate it!! The house is nice, plenty of room to have your own space. (There was 10 of us and a dog). It’s well equipped for cooking, condiments, washing up liquid, tea towels etc. The house could do with a bit of TLC as could the decking area, (fence and some of the chairs). Garden...

"This cottage is listed as small but it was much bigger than expected and was perfect for 2adults, 2teenagers and a small dog. The kitchen had everything and was great for self catering. Literally behind the Main Street of Newquay but so quiet even at night. You can walk to all the beaches and Sainsbury’s just 30sec walk. "Just returned from a week’s holiday with my husband. It’s the perfect location over looking the harbour & so close to restaurants & pubs. The house has the best of both worlds, with a sympathetic renovation, with all mod cons & spotlessly clean & Jonathan is the perfect host. The only thing I would say is there are a lot of dogs with visiting holiday makers & some aren’t so responsible with picking up after them, but that didn’t spoil my stay at the house & we will be returning. "We had a lovely time at shell cottage myself husband 3 grown children 24,25 and 29 along with our 2 poochies. The cottage was all we could have wished for and more home from home. The EV charger made a massive difference to our stay not having to worry about charging in between. Just a short walk to 2 lovely beaches and a fantastic chippy literally a stone throw away. The cottage was beautiful and clean loved it would highly recommend thank you Rachel x"
