"The Hotel.com web advert for the Hotel is materially incomplete. After you have paid, you get a 1.5 page complex Message imposing Check In by Phone and an App as mandatory. It's illegal to impose mandatory extra conditions after paying. Also, even though the room is paid in full before arrival they add an additional "Reservation Hold" of $150 euro on your Card, and after you leave the say to "contact your bank to cancel it". They Staff are rude and unprofessional DO NOT STAY HERE. The Hotel.com...

"Stayed here one night because of the lack of affordable accommodation in Leipzig. Hotel is across the road from the train station, making it convenient to get to Leipzig, which was our main priority. Hotel is surrounded by woodland and has parking available. Rooms are on the small side, but the biggest issue was that there is no air-conditioning (only a portable fan) or a fridge in the rooms and as they are on the top floor, they become stifling in the summer heat. You can't open the windows...

"Wir hatten bei der Anreise einen kleinen Unfall bei dem ein Fahrrad kaputt gegangen ist. Dadurch verspätete sich unsere Anreise. FrauHeinze hatte damit überhaupt kein Problem und informierte uns über alles Wissenswerte. Außerdem hatte sie prompt ein Fahrrad für uns parat. Damit war unser Fahrradurlaub gerettet. In der Umgebung keine Möglichkeiten mit Hunden spazieren zu gehen. Der Ortsteil hat keinen Ortskern. Nur einen Bäcker im wesentlichen. Anbindung an die Innenstadt Recht umständlich. In Hörweite zu einer stark befahrenen Straße und in Sichtweite von Windrädern und 5G-Masten. Überall Baustellen drum herum."
