"Wonderfull clean and renovated 19th century bungalow. Super clean, great master bedroom and bath with comfy mattress. Petfect location, close to downtown Cedar Falls. Single downside was the tiny loft with tiny beds low ceiling. Good for kids only."

"This is a very nice property. The home was clean and well staged. There is a nice deck overlooking a green space and pond. We were ables to sit outside and relax or congregate in one of two community spaces. The host was responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this property for UNI families visiting their students. "

"This is a beautiful property. Our whole family enjoyed the venue very much. We are seriously considering using it the next time we get together. It was close to everything that we wanted to attend and the house was amazing. A true oasis away from home. We definitely will try to use this place again."
