"Surprisingly spacious room and bathroom, spotlessly clean in quiet pedestrianised street. 4 good eating options within 100 metres, and don’t miss the gelato and cakes at Bar Luca. Internet did not work for us, but easy to get on in the street via Palermo commune site! We had a lovely stay, thank you."

"Perfect location and fantastic stay. Giada (manager) was welcoming, kind and very helpful with finding transportation or food nearby. Room was very clean and spacious, we even booked a room with a cute balcony. Easily walkable to all the major sites. Grazie Vintage B&B and Giada!"

"The stay was very enjoyable, the photos on the website are old and the hostel is not as new looking as in the photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself was comfortable and the hostel was very central to all the amenities. My only issue was that the street was very noisy, a lot of police car sirens and loud motorbikes late at night. I had earplugs which helped with the problem and I am sure that every hotel/hostel on the road has the same issues overall a very pleasant...

"Only problem is that there is no kettle in the room. I find this inconvenient as i like to make a hot drink at night and early in the morning. Other than this , it is a perfect place as location is excellent and the owner/operator is really nice."

"Our stay at this B&B in Palermo was fantastic. We stayed in a spacious suite with a large modern room and bathroom, complete with a rain shower. The views from both the bedroom and our private balcony were stunning, especially the view of the Cathedral of Palermo. It’s high enough to lose some street noise from the busy area around but this is Palermo and high traffic levels. Dealing with the owner remotely by WhatsApp worked but they could do with offering a brief to guests in advance about entry procedure which otherwise seems vaguely left to contact when you arrive. "Great location. Friendly and very helpful staff with excellent English speaking skills. We recommend you pay attention to advance emails about checking in online 48 hours before arriving to get the front door code for the building - the hotel lobby is on an upper floor. The checkin desk was literally right outside our room so sound was noticeable during business hours. The rooms are quite large and somewhat unusual, but we enjoyed our stay there. "

"This B&B is so cool! It’s comfortable, updated, and has a beautiful view. It’s in the very friendly multicultural Ballaró market neighborhood and in walking distance to many other sights and restaurants. We were in Palermo a short time and Rosario was very helpful in giving us good suggestions on what to do. We had so much fun in Palermo and felt safe at all times. It’s also walking distance to the central train station with trains that go to the airport. We would definitely stay at this B&B...

"Excellent property in the heart of Palermo. I stayed here only for 1 night but their room was nice - not very spacious, but good enough for a single occupant. I loved the central area inside the hotel that's partially open to the sky. Nice place to sit and relax. The internet connection is good. Breakfast was good and staff at breakfast were prompt and welcoming. Their reception staff was a bit underprepared and i felt thry should not have asked for my credit card especially if i had slready paid in advance. The girl at the front desk told me in a jocular vein, "This is just for security. What if you run away?". I didnt know whether to laugh it off or to be disappointed. Maybe i should have adjed her, "What if you guys didn't live up to my expectations?" Would you give me a refund! Some silly policies they have which unfortunately makes an otherwise good stay bittersweet."

"The hotel is really “Grand” not just in name! From the moment we arrived with the porter helping , reception staff , breakfast staff and house staff smiling and offering to help it was exceptional. Our room had a balcony and was very quiet. Breakfast had so many options. The location is walkable to all the local sights. We enjoyed it so much! "
