Great place to stay
We had a great experience at Tremont Lodge! Everyone was very friendly. They are doing renovations, but you couldn’t tell it other than seeing some of the materials. Bed was very comfortable. We are planning to stay here again.

Overall happy
We stayed for one night. Room was clean, except for the windows, blinds, and glass doors. Patio needs cleaned. Outside areas are nice, but need cleaned, too. We loved the pools and hot tub.. The bed was very comfortable and everything worked in our room. All staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The price was right, too. We are curious to see what it looks like when they are finished with the renovations so we would be willing to stay again.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities and Ongoing Improvements
The amenities were fantastic, particularly the indoor heated pool and hot tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The beautiful stone waterfall added a serene touch, and the landscaping, along with the gazebo, created a peaceful and picturesque environment. Although the outdoor pool was a bit too cold for swimming during our May visit, it was still beautiful to look at. The property is currently under new management and undergoing many renovations and upgrades. It's exciting to see the progress, and we can't wait to come back and see all the changes in the future. The property was very clean, though it was evident that it had been neglected for some time and is now in the process of being revitalized. Our room was conveniently located right off the indoor pool, which we found very pleasant. However, the room could use some improvements, particularly in terms of lighting. It lacked adequate ceiling lighting, making the layout feel quite dim. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was in the bedroom and did not effectively cool the living room area.Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay, especially the patio off the bedroom, which was a lovely spot to relax. Overall, the tranquility of the location, coupled with the excellent amenities and ongoing improvements, makes this property a great choice. We look forward to returning and seeing all the new developments. We also highly recommend eating at the Abbey. It has a very peaceful location next to a river.
