"The main 2 dowsides were the wrong description of bedrooms and beds. There were only 3 bed rooms and 3 lounges but they counted lounges as bedrooms.We were 17 ppl so We worked out sleeping on basis of 6 bedrooms but it was only 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds so lots of us ended up sleeping on the floor using couch topper. Then upon request the owner did open the locked 4th bedroom, which wasn't mentioned in the description. The matresses were so hard , just like sleeping on the wood.Even upon...

Basic but fine for a couple of nights.

"This is a very basic Riad located in an excellent location just on the edge of the Medina. It had everything you need from a comfortable bed, hot shower, reliable wifi and good breakfast but the photo really gives a false impression of the condition of the place. The French speaking staff member was helpful and there was a man who spoke English when we arrived who explained how to enter and lock up. Bring your own toiletries as none were provided. "

"Our family of four stayed one brief night in Riad Meknes as a stopover during a drive from Tangier to Merzouga. While we didn’t have too much time in Meknès or the riad itself, we did enjoy both the town and riad. Our room was spacious and we loved the lovely decor throughout the riad and the interesting layout. We had a quick dip in the pool and wished we’d had more time to use the garden courtyard. We did get lost in the medina while trying to find the riad to check in - and Google maps had a role in leading us astray - but we only found it thanks to some kindly locals showing us the way. I’d advise ignoring Google maps and making detailed arrangements with the riad on how to find it in advance of showing up. "

"Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes."

"They charged me more than I had already paid through the app. The staff were rude. There is no parking space available as advertised on their website. Moreover, considering the room is small and overcrowded, there is nothing that justify the experience. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone." "

The worst stay in my life

"The worst stay in my life, and I contact hotels but no help, they dont understand my conplain. Sewage smell Very dirty You need to wait up to one hours to get inside. Twice the neighbours calls the owner. You are in middel of the old city. DONT. After this experience I dont trust hotels.com"
