"precheckin instructions was only sent the day before checkin. our room was in building B ground floor. big dustbin. room is clean . able to take the first 6.02am bus to new chitose airport for our 7.30am flight. bus looks like a normal bus with the entrance in the middle. it was crowded. minami chitose station door is opened at 5.45am , so are the luggage storage lockers. bus stop is without shelter. only stairs from station to busstop. "
