"This is my second time back at the hotel because the first time was exceptional and I have to say this time was even more exceptional! This is my hotel of choice when I come to Tokyo. For me it’s prefect and what I love as me and my best friend said is that the area it is in is much better than being in the busy tourist spots but yet it is convenient to get anywhere from the hotel. The staff if exceptionally wonderful and the hotel should be very very proud of them. The property is marvellous. My only issues which aren’t issues this year is that our fridge in the room wasn’t working quite well but it worked enough and it wasn’t any issue for us at all. Other than that there is nothing bad about this hotel. It is my favourite out of all my global travels and once again I will be staying here on my next visit to Japan. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Tobu Levant for a perfect stay, see you next time"

"We really enjoyed our time at this hotel, very good location close to public transport in a nice area! P.S to use the bath house you can’t have any tatoos, which was a minus for us as we had to buy a bunch of bandages to cover up for every time we went :/ Overall our stay was very good and we recommend it to others!"

"There was a laundry as well as arcade and several restaurants attached. The location made for easy travel around Shinjuku and to the train station to go all over tokyo-japan."

"It was an amazing experience. Buffet style breakfast. Our room was spacious and very quiet. It was nice to have some free amenities like red wine, beer, soda, and pop corn. "

"This hotel is centrally located with easy access to various train stations. We love the view from our 31st floor. The area is quiet and yet vibrant with all the happenings of nearby street vendors, Sumo Stadium, and parks. The Hotel has everything a foreign travelers want: 24 hours convenient store, laundromat, spa and a large lounge to relax and eat your food and enjoy interacting with other travelers. Our only disappointment was the pool was not available during this time of year. But hopefully we will come back next time with pool season fully opened. The room is smaller than what we are used to here in the U.S…but it’s clean and the bed is very comfortable."
