I am deeply disappointed with the cancellation policy. Despite notifying them several months in advance that I would be unable to stay during my booked dates, not only did they refuse to provide a refund, but they also charged an additional cancellation fee. This policy seems particularly unreasonable given the substantial advance notice I provided.
While I understand that hotels may have strict cancellation policies, charging extra fees for early cancellation appears excessive and customer-unfriendly.
This experience has significantly impacted my perception of the hotel and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would strongly encourage management to review their cancellation policies to better accommodate guests who provide ample notice of cancellation.
