"3/30に開催された「ふくい桜マラソン」に、夫と息子が出るために、前日から宿泊しました。とっても残念だったのは、ホテル側はそのことを分かっていたはずなのに、朝食はいつも通りの7時からで、スタートに間に合わないため、食べることができませんでした。マラソン需要で、高い宿泊代を払ったのにも関わらず、豪華な朝食を食べられ無かったのがとても心残りです。福井市が開催しているイベントなので、そのあたりの配慮が有った方が良いかと思います。"

Although, windows on the 10th non smoking floor weee fastened shut and in early March the air on was very hot. Good for some. Fukui is great area though, plenty to go and see in1hr around by car."

The introduction to zazen was great, though Japanese speakers will get most out of this - ditto the lecture before morning service. "The room was fairly large for Japan, and comfortable, I was on the top floor, non smoking comfort floor. And the breakfast was good. Staff was super. My only complaint is that because some floors were smoking, sometimes the lobby area smelled enough like cigarettes to give me a headache. Location is good for new Shinkansen station. Sidewalks ok."
