"Room was dated with need of attention. Bathroom especially needs updating and plugs. 4 star hotels should have usb sockets incorporated as everyone carries phones and tablets. "Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!! We booked with breakfast and a late checkout and the hotel wouldn’t honour either, even though it clearly states it on our booking. Receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout. The towels in the room were visibly stained and the doors to the rooms need to be slammed shut so there’s no opportunity for restful sleep. Spend a little extra and go with a reputable hotel - this place isn’t worth it!"

"The hotel is newly refurbished and you can definitely tell. It’s super modern and clean and really has a feel of luxury. The deluxe room was massive and comfortable.
