Very bad service. Quality is very poor. Food is worst. Stink rooms and bathrooms are worst than public toilets. Very smelly place. Waited for two hours after checkin, to fix used pillow covers,beds,bathroom,shower curtain with lot of strains,hair etc.. no water in the room for 2 hours. Rude staff.
Overall worst experience.

Need to update the bathrooms. Need maintenance like fix doors, paint the rooms, bathrooms need good lighting.
Good side is they have good Restaurent staff and good food.

Nice hotel and staff with good manners
Checking in with a reservation from Expedia led to trouble. The hotel has some issues and even though th payment was made at expedia we had to pay direct to the hotel and then ask expedia for a refund. Our money was credited back to the account. The initial embarrassment could have been avoided.

Stay at Kalyan Residency was good but they are very strict about the check out time. May be they can give three to four hours extra time at no cost as the room rate is already more.
