“Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink……

“This is a prime spot facing the beach with beautiful sunrises, cool ocean breezes and gentle surf sounds. The pathway to the ocean was steps away. “House is one block from the beach and very close to restaurants. The road it is on is a bit busy, but we did not have any trouble getting out of the driveway. House is comfortable and showers have good water pressure. It was about 20 minutes from the gym where adult son was competing so convenient. Loved walking on the beach. Unfortunately, the bed sheets had not been changed. I washed the sheets for the beds we would be using. I also clean surfaces in bathrooms and kitchen and washed dishes……
