Hallo, leider hat uns unser Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus nicht gefallen. Ich möchte Ihnen kurz einige Punkte mitteilen & ich hoffe sehr dass Sie diese vll. für die nächsten Besucher verbessern könnten. 1. Mangelhafte Sauberkeit ( Schimmel unter den Matratzen, Stockflecken an Decken, Spinnweben…) 2. unzureichende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter 3. Kaputte Geräte (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine kippt beim Beladen von Geschirr nach vorne…) und mangelhafte Wartung ( Terrasse & Garten ungepflegt mit viel Unkraut , Gartenmöbel verdreckt, Grill verdreckt, Klettergerüst - Verletzungsgefahr abstehende Schrauben , Sandkasten kaputt, Sandspielzeug kaputt, Dachrinnen verstopft , so kann das Wasser nicht ablaufen und läuft die Hauswand runter…, 3. Allgemeine Enttäuschung, weil die Unterkunft nicht den Erwartungen entspricht (Bilder im Inserat nicht aktuell) 4. Licht& Lüfter im Bad durch Bewegungsmelder sehr lang an … enormer Stromverbrauch. Das ganze Haus ist verlebt & ungepflegt, das ist sehr sehr schade , weil es könnte eine kleine Oase für Ruhe & Entspannung sein.
