"Overall this place was picturesque... everyone was very helpful went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The only complaints I have, they were repairing the walkway lights, it was very dark at night, thank God I had a flashlight on my phone. But I did pass an elderly couple who are trying to find their room so I help them. Also their tools were left laying around. This is only temporary but it did kind of catch me off guard for such a great looking, well kept facility."

"This is a lovely hotel just outside La Fortuna. A rushing river runs behind the property and the grounds are filled with interesting birds. The room was brand new and the breakfast was good. You pretty much need a car to get to town for dinner or anything else, but the tour companies will come to get you for the various adventures. The only restaurant nearby was Mary's BBQ and we had a bad meal and rude customer service there. Read the reviews before you have anything more than a drink there."

"We had a wonderful cabin with a lot of space. Our cabin also came with a private hot tub outside in the back. Check in was easy, staff was excellent. My wife had a medical emergency while we were there and the front desk staff were super helpful. We enjoyed the peaceful, well landscape tropical environment. There is also a river at the back of the property. Lots of bird passing through. Want to thank them for a great trip. "
