「This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. 「The hotel staff were very attentive, especially in the boot room where service was exceptional. Only criticism was the lack of view and the flimsy bath. 」

「Excellent location! Chair lift just across the road. In the heart of the beautiful town of Val Claret. Staff were also excellent especially Marion, who accommodated all our requests. On the negative side, the hotel is very old and dated. The breakfast and dinner was average. Would still highly recommend staying here. 」
