才开业，设施和管理都需要完善。厕所通太糟糕。
浪费了我一晚的住宿奖赏。。。不知道这酒店的五星级是怎么评上的。硬件看一眼觉得还可以，但是住下来以后的体验就不太好了。厕所无通风设备，全是下水道的臭味，从来没住过哪家酒店厕所能臭成这样的，还需要捂着鼻子上厕所的，后来都直接到大堂去上厕所了。还有厕所墙上有副画，上面全是灰，手一模就留下指印，恐怖呀。早上吃早饭居然还需要和别人拼桌，去拿包子居然没有夹子提供，跟工作人员说了三遍也没人理，最后旁边同为住客的大叔直接用勺子挖了一个给我，还说还是别等他们了，自己来吧。这服务，虽说五一假期人多，但也不至于这样吧。唯一满意的就是泳池还不错。反正花了不便宜的价格遇到这样的宾馆，真是超级不值得。万达旗下的酒店管理水平真是。。。
