"On checking in, we were greeted with a friendly service. It was my husbands birthday that day, and the hotel kindly gave us a room upgrade along with some complimentary treats in our room. We made dinner reservations for the 33rd floor restaurant and on finishing our meal my husband was given a lovely birthday dessert along with a happy birthday song.
